STEP3: Click on the CARD button

STEP4: Enter the SERIAL NUMBER and the PIN CODE of the card and click verify

STEP5: Enter your details and click Register (Note: Please make sure not to select your gender wrongly)

STEP6: Read confirmation message (Done)
