TS PREPARES PENSA UCC MEMBERS FOR “GAB 2015”

Gospel Across Boundaries (GAB) is annual evangelical
outreaches embark on by PENSA members of the University of Cape Coast (UCC).
The aim of this outreach is to spread the word of God and win territories for
our Lord Jesus Christ. This year’s GAB is under the theme “Jesus the redeemer of the world”
And when she heard it,
she rose quickly and went to him- John 11:29b (ESV)
As part of preparations toward the outreach, Rev. Emmanuel
Agyei Kwafo (Travelling Secretary-TS, PENSA Central sector) was at the PENSA UCC
auditorium on the 19th & 20th May 2015 to orient and
prepare members for the outreach.
In his delivery, he started by explaining that the essence
of “GAB” is to take the word of God across nations. He said the message of
every Evangelist should be Jesus Christ, who is the only way, the only truth
and the only life and no one goes to the father except through Him. And there is salvation in no one else, for
there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved-
Acts 4:12 (ESV)

Moreover he advised members of GAB 2015 to ensure that the
ethical issues of the various communities should be taken into consideration so
as to ensure a good relationship with the indigenes. He added that, they should
try as much as possible to speak in the language of the people so as to ensure
effective communication between members and persons in the communities.
In conclusion, he advised members to pray, prepare and
rehearse as much as possible before going out and also good personal hygiene
among members should be a hallmark to avoid any sickness that might occur.
