ZONAL PRAYER CONFERENCE-WINNEBA/SWEDRU ZONE
There was a two day prayer conference at Gomoa SHTS from Friday 27th to Saturday 28 March 2015. The conference brought together about 450 registered participants from the PENSA institutions within the Winneba and Swedru Areas. The first day had about 510 participants with the headmaster of Gomoa SHTS giving a warm welcome. It was followed by the purpose of gathering by Ps. Emmanuel Agyei Kwafo who said the gathering was for prayer and impartion. Ps Solomon Djani spoke on the main theme: "baptism by fire" Luke 3:16. He said God would pour fire to baptize and transform lives. He said that which brings fire for witnessing and power to do exploits is the Holy Spirit. 16 people received the Holy Spirit baptism. The dawn meeting on 27th received the Word ministration from Mrs Agartha Kwafo.
She preached on the theme: touching lives with the fire. Acts 9: 3-6, 13, 15. She said
we have been chosen by God to glorify his name among the gentiles.
We have received fire that has taken away fear and
God hopes in us to bring change that will make people come to him. She added that,
God has given us the fire to touch lives.

We must interceed for our family."

The conference ended on Saturday 28th March. PENSA Central sector donated 1000 Ghana cedis to support projects in the school. 18 converts were baptized by immersion.
