The General Secretary of the Church of Pentecost, Apostle
Alexander Nana Yaw Kumi-Larbi visited and worshipped with PENSA University of
Education, Winneba campus on Sunday 29th March, 2015. In attendance
was the area head of Winneba Area, Pastor Stephen Sintim- Koree and wife; and the
Travelling Secretary for PENSA Central Sector, Pastor Emmanuel A. Kwafo and
wife.
The service was a power packed encounter with God and the
Church was blessed with the powerful sermon preached by the General Secretary.
He preached on the theme: “integrity, litmus test for good and faithful
stewardship.” Reading from Matthew 25, Luke 16: 1-15, Ecclesiastes 7:29,
Jeremiah 35:1-18, he drummed home very powerful truths.
He said though Jesus whilst on earth was 100% God and 100% man
he lived on earth without sin and therefore, today’s Christian can live in this
corrupt world but yet without being corrupted. He added that God made all
things upright but we have corrupted his creation. He charged the youth to
choose what is right and damn the consequences fearing God not man. Again, he
added that those with integrity have nothing to fear and hide, “people with
integrity will do the right thing whether people are watching or not and this
is what society is lacking”, he added.
He concluded by admitting that, the world system is bad “but
if we stand tall, the Lord will stand with us”.
